We’re offering snapshots of the libations competing in Salt Lake magazine’s annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Contest, here’s Finca’s cocktail.
This Is The Place Punch
- 1.5 oz Antelope Island Rum
- 0.75 oz Plum Cordial
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz house made walnut orgeat
- 0.25 oz cinnamon syrup
Garnish with toasted sage, cinnamon, and vanilla bean.
