Laurel Brasserie & Bar
Enjoy a tried-and-true holiday meal at the Grand America’s Laurel Brasserie & Bar. The restaurant is offering its festive feast on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Reservations are required; make yours here.
Mar | Muntanya
The Spanish Basque-inspired restaurant inside the sleek Hyatt Regency hotel welcomes diners to a special Christmas Eve feast curated by Chef Tyson Peterson. Menu highlights include pan seared foie gras and whole roasted duck paella. Make reservations here. For private holiday bookings, consider the Hyatt Regency’s brand new Chalet on Six; a rooftop yurt that can house up to 50 guests. On the main floor, the hotel’s Salt Republic is offering a festive Christmas Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with delicious favorites like glazed sugar spiral ham, roasted prime rib and cinnamon roll french toast.
Salt Republic
Enjoy a decadent Christmas Day brunch at The Salt Republic. Beginning at 10 a.m., diners can indulge in glazed ham, roasted prime rib, cinnamon roll French toast and a hot cocoa bar. Teens and adults are $75 each while children under 12 eat for $37 each. Reserve here.
Tuscany Restaurant
Christmas Eve reservations at Tuscany are now available! For one-night only the restaurant will be serving a special holiday menu, which includes lamb chops, Wagyu beef and a decadent limoncello dessert. Seatings begin at 5 p.m. and are $125 per seat. Make reservations here.
Urban Hill
Celebrate Christmas Eve with a chef-driven menu created by Chef Nick Zocco, and featuring seasonal favorites like Wagyu carpaccio, prime rib, maple-chile glazed Brussels sprouts and more. Park City Christmas and New Year’s Dinners
Earl’s Lodge at Snowbasin
Snowbasin has pulled out all the stops for an unforgettable Christmas Eve celebration, complete with visits from Santa, torchlight parade and fireworks. Afterward, head into the cozy Early’s Lodge where a classic holiday buffet will be available from 4:15 to 5 p.m. Menu highlights include pork loin wellington, shrimp cocktail, Thai noodle salad and maple glazed salmon.
The Goldener Hirsch Inn, Auberge Collection
Enjoy a spectacular dining experience in one of Goldener Hirsch’s Wintergarten Alpenglobes. Each of the three globes seats eight people and offers a side of stunning mountain views. There are two seatings nightly—one at 5 p.m. and the other at 7:30 p.m. A prix-fixe tasting menu is available for $250 per person with an optional wine pairing for an additional $145 per person.
Grub Steak
Fuel up for New Year’s Eve dancing with Caesar salad, wild rice & mushroom soup, an optional bottomless salad bar and a tender herb-roasted strip loin and delicious sides at Grub Steak. Dinner begins at 5 p.m. and is $79.75 per person. Make reservations here.
Hearth and Hill
The Park City favorite has switched up their holiday offerings this year. Their new “Around the World” menu featured international cuisine like pork pozole, sugar plum tiramisu, lasagna alla veal Bolognese and smoked elk loin. The specials menu is available from Dec. 23 through Dec. 31.
KITA
Pendry’s KITA Japanese steak and sushi restaurant will host Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners.
Then, they’ll host a New Year’s Eve party. Beginning at 5 p.m. and running a half-hour into 2026, it’ll feature a five-course prixe-fixe dinner and champagne for $225 per person. Early reservations are encouraged.
Le Depot
The French brasserie is offering a special Christmas Eve prix fixe dinner featuring four unique courses from Chef Galen Zamarra. Make your reservation here.
Montage Deer Valley
The Montage is hosting six unique holiday specials this season, including a Christmas Buffet with live music, and a NYE dinner with a four-course menu. Details follow:

Old Town Cellar’s New Year’s Eve Champagne Bash
The Main Street winery is doing NYE right with an indulgent evening of high-end Champagne, freshly flown-in oysters, caviar and hand-sliced beef tenderloin. Two seating slots are available, either 5-8 p.m. or 9-12:30 a.m. Make your booking here.
RIME Seafood & Steak
St. Regis Deer Valley will be serving two special dinners at RIME this year. Enjoy a five course prix fixe meal on Christmas Eve for $225, children dine for $85. The seafood restaurant is upping the ante on New Years Eve, when they’ll be offering a seven course set menu for $350; children dine for $85.
Riverhorse on Main
Say goodbye to 2025 with Riverhorse on Main. Their six-course dinner begins at 7 p.m. and will also include live music. Tables are limited, so make your reservation early. More information here.
Remington Hall at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley
Celebrate the start of a brand new year with Remington Hall’s decadent New Years Day buffet. The menu is stacked with raw bar items, carving stations and charcuterie, plus favorites like the Remington gnocchi, polenta & mushrooms with gorgonzola and broccolini.
