We’re offering snapshots of the libations competing in Salt Lake magazine’s annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Contest, here’s Takashi’s cocktail.
Francine the Bearded Lady 2.0
- 1.5 oz beehive distilling barrel reserve gin
- .5 oz Dolin Genepy des Alpes
- .5 oz Orange Liqueur
- .5 oz fresh fennel juice
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Balasamic Vinegar Honey Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake hard until cold. Strain into a chilled Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with a fennel frond.
