High West Distillery in Wanship, part of the famed High West Distillery & Saloon based in Park City, is now serving Sunday brunch.

“We absolutely love lunch and dinner – but let’s face it, we’ve all got a special place in our heart for brunch,” said High West proprietor David Perkins. “We’re very excited to be introducing these brunch items, and we hope you and yours join us come Sunday morning.” In addition to featured menu items a decadent buffet includes brisket eggs benedict, Whiskey-soaked French toast , continental fare, coffee and juice. High West’s full cocktail menu is available, including the award-winning Dead Man’s Boot, Whiskey Lemonade, Bloody Mary’s and mimosas.  Reservations are recommended, and they can be made on OpenTable: http://www.opentable.com/high-west-refectory.

The Distillery is one of three High West locations, from the original ski-in spot in downtown Park City to the saloon in Terminal E at Salt Lake International Airport. Sitting next to High West’s 30,000-square-foot world-class distillery located in Wanship, the Distillery features stunning views of the Wasatch Range and Blue Sky’s 3,500-acre working cattle ranch – all best enjoyed sipping the High West spirits crafted right next door, expertly paired with High West’s award-winning food. Tours of the distillery are also available.
