We’re offering snapshots of the libations competing in Salt Lake magazine’s annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Contest, here’s Red Rock’s cocktail.
The Alpenglow
- 1.5 oz Antelope Island Rum
- .75 oz Utah Honey Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes of Bitter Lab Aromatic Bitters
- 2 dashes of Peychauds
Combine into tin over ice and shake. Garnish w/ House Preserved Utah Pie Cherries.
