2025 Canyons Village Winter Cocktail Contest
The Canyons Village Management Association is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2024 Cocktail/Mocktail Contest, a celebration of culinary innovation and the vibrant flavors of Canyons Village.
Elevating Local Tastes – In partnership with the local community, this year’s contest emphasizes supporting local purveyors. Participating establishments are challenged to include a minimum of two ingredients from local suppliers of their choice!
Crafting Canyons Village Winter Magic – Canyons Village restaurants are encouraged to craft a cocktail/mocktail recipe that encapsulates the essence of the Canyons Village winter experience. The competition welcomes creativity as mixologists curate a libation that mirrors the magic of their surroundings.
• Drafts Burger Bar An award-winning gastropub known for hand-crafted burgers, gourmet wings, and an extensive selection of over 50 beers from around the world.
• Edge Steakhouse A modern steakhouse offering prime cuts like Wagyu and Japanese A5 beef, complemented by fresh seafood and creative appetizers.
• KITA An all-day Japanese grill serving fresh sushi, Japanese steakhouse favorites, ramen bowls, and a curated selection of beverages.
• The Pool House The only rooftop lounge in Canyons Village, offering year-round dining with panoramic views and a menu of casual bites and handcrafted cocktails.
• Escala Provisions Company Restaurant & Bar Located within the Hyatt Centric Park City, this restaurant offers American cuisine in a cozy setting.
