Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The “Sponsor” of the Giveaway is Salt Lake magazine 515 South 700 East Suite 3i, SLC, UT 84102.
WHO MAY ENTER:
Anyone can enter the giveaway however none of the prizes will be mailed, so all winners must pick up the prize at our Salt Lake City location or arrange for someone to pick up the prize.
Void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. Employees of Saltlakemagazine.com and its parent company and affiliates are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state , provincial and local laws and regulations.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Entry Period begins at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time December 5, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time December 16, 2012. For purposes of this Giveaway, a “Day” is defined as 10am Mountain Time to 10am Mountain Time the following day.

Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of the Page during the Entry Period including any technical malfunction of any computer, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or review to be received on account of traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any material related to the Giveaway, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Giveaway.

Only the prizes specified above will be awarded. The prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal, state , provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for loss of any gift card and will not replace any lost prizes. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the prizes awarded.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone within three (3) Days of the respective drawing. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such winner, the winner shall forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
CLAIMING PRIZE: Winners will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry . As a condition of winning a prize, each winner must claim the prize within ten (10) days of receipt of prize notification. If any correspondence sent by the Sponsor is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
