2013 Readers Choice Dining Awards

As Utah's restaurant scene has grown, we've developed a discriminating dining population. No offense, but in the past restaurants were judged mostly by two standards: how much and how cheap. Now we hear complaints that one restaurant's cheese plate is not truly artisanal, that another restaurant's burger is served with limp lettuce, that a Japanese joint's sushi is less than pristine.
