NAC's Red, White & Snow

The National Ability Center held Red, White & Snow, a three-day culinary, wine and ski festival, in Park City from March 10–12. Napa Valley wine makers, Utah's best chefs, skiing legends and locals gathered for vinter dinners at private homes in Park City and Deer Valley, Wine on the Mountain at St. Regis Deer Valley's Astor Terrace and a gala dinner at Montage Deer Valley. Live and silent auctions benefited the National Ability Center's and their mission to provide affordable outdoors sports and activities for all ages and abilities.
Visiting vintners included honorary chairs Staglin Vineyards along with many other great wines from Trifecta Wines, Capiaux Cellars, Casey Flat Ranch, Hall Vineyards, Joseph Phelps Vineyards, Honig Vineyards, and Parallel Napa Valley. Participating chefs for the weekend included Bill White (owner of Grappa), Jean Louis Montecot (of JeanLouis), Zane Holmquist (from Stein Eriksen Lodge), John Murcko (Talisker), Michael LeClerc (350 Main), Brian Prusse (Zoom), and James Dumas (High West Saloon).
