Repertory Dance Theatre raised more than $15,000 for their non-profit programs at the seventh annual Charette "Iron Choreographer" competition at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center on Feb. 11. Five choreographic duos were given an hour to train dancers to perform using mandatory mystery ingredients, such as pillows, garden hoses, wings and capes or hula hoops and sticks. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed desserts and wandering into different studios to see the choreographers at work and spend "funny money" to sway the judges in favor of specific performances. Choreographers Melissa Anast and Stephanie Richards of the College of Eastern Utah were named this year's Iron Choreographers.
