MS Fall Bug Run
The MS Awareness Project held their inaugural events, the Fall Bug Run and Salsa Cook Off, to raise Multiple Sclerosis awareness and raise funds on Oct. 1. The Bug Run was a motorcycle ride fundraiser around the beautiful Mt. Nebo Loop, and the Cook Off started shortly afterward at Wild Bean Roasting Co. The events raised $800 for the project, and guests enjoyed live music and raffles for prizes from Miche bags, Discount Tires, RubySnap Cookies, Salt Lake Brew Supply and other local businesses throughout the day. The MS Awareness Project offers the MS community classes, support groups and candid sessions with professionals, such as neurologists.
