Local CSA, Copper Moose Farm held a special dinner with food prepared by five of Park City's premiere chefs in the beautiful farm setting on Aug. 11. The evening started with cocktails from High West Shiskey and a beer tasting with Uinta Beers. Beehive Cheese, Red Bicycle Bread and other local purveyors served appetizers before the main course of farm inspired cuisine with wine pairings from Deer Valley, Montage, St. Regis, Sky Lodge and Bistro 412. Guests were also invited to explore the farm and learn about beekeeping, poultry, greenhouses and gardens.
