Red Cross of Utah Gourmet Gala

Northern Utah's best chefs and restaurants prepared their finest dishes for more than 300 guests at the American Red Cross of Utah's Autumn Gourmet Gala at Earl's Lodge at Snowbasin Ski Resort on Oct. 7. Chef tastings and a silent auction were followed by a seated dessert and live auction, including a Kill It & Grill It package, a private elk hunt and professional chef to prepare the meat for a private party for ten. The event raised $51,000 for the Red Cross.
