Outdoor Retailer Summer Market, the world's largest outdoor summer sports industry gathering, was held at the Salt Palace Convention Center from Aug. 2–5. More than 1,000 outdoor brands were represented, and demonstrations and showcases of new products were held for industry insiders. An open air demo day was also held at Jordanelle State Park with shuttles transporting guests from the convention center. At the Jordanelle Reservoir, guests tested out water sports equipment from fly fishing rods to stand-up paddle boards.
