2012 Ballet West Gala

Ballet West raised more than $180,000 with more than 600 guests at their annual gala at the Grand America Hotel on Oct. 27. Prior to the gala, guests were treated to an exclusive performance at the Capitol Theatre by Ballet West, Ballet West II and The Ballet West Academy. Following the show, guests enjoyed a decadent dessert reception, and those with gala tickets were transported to the Grand America for dinner and dancing. The gala also featured the first-ever "Dancing For Our Stars" competition, where board members and donors paired up with professional ballroom dancers to compete in one of four dances: fox trot, tango, swing and cha-cha.
