2010 Art Meets Fashion

(a)perture maketing raised money for the Human Rights Campaign and Salt Lake Art Center at the second annual Art Meets Fashion at the Salt Lake Art Center on Oct. 16. During cocktail hour, guests watched a live fashion shoot by photographer Jake Garn of exclusive Michelle Boucher designs and sampled food from local restaurants. Runway shows featured Spring 2011 lines from six of Utah's fashion designers, including Keith Bryce and McKell Maddox from Project Runway. SLCC Fashion Institute students created a fashion/art instillation commenting on human rights and Art Institute of Salt Lake students created Web, video and design presentations featured throughout the evening.
