Silver Queen Ball

Park City Museum held the Silver Queen Ball, raising money to support efforts to preserve, promote and protect Park City's history and heritage, at the Stein Eriksen Lodge on Dec. 28. Guests enjoyed dinner, dancing, and an auction, along with a performance by original Beach Boys Al Jardine and David Marks and the Surf City Allstars. The ball is named for Suzanna Bransford, partner in Park City’s Silver King Mine one hundred years ago. Earning a huge fortune, she travelled the world as Utah's “Silver Queen." Park City Museum also held a tribute to Stein Eriksen, who spoke about his 40-year skiing history in Park City.
