Weekend eats: Food and snow in Zion

There were more than 300 accidents along I15 yesterday. We drew lucky 301 and stayed on the road all the way from Springdale to Salt Lake City, a five-hour drive that took us 8. At one point, we were driving 8 mph in an 80 zone. Still, we were "lucky," at least according to Grant, our server at Oscar's Cafe that  Sunday morning. "Not many people get to see the snow on the red rock like this," he said, as he brought us pancakes with fresh blueberries, applewood-smoked bacon, hot coffee, hot chocolate, steaming oatmeal and potatoes Oscar.
