Need a little more Monday sustenance than a Gogurt or a banana can provide? Head over to Little America--that's what I did with Good Morning Utah's Brian Carlson did early today--to fill up on the massive breakfast buffet and get the week off to a hearty start.

Little America was stop No. 1 in the 2012 tour of Utah's famous breakfast spots, which Carlson and Salt Lake mag kicked off last year. Carlson stocked up on first meal treats from the buffet (think bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit and sausage) before learning how to make a cowboy omelette and fold pastries with Little America's Executive Chef Bernhard Gotz. I snacked my way through it all, and truth be told, I'm still full. Please note we're creeping up on the dinner hour.
