First Bite: Finca

Finca at two weeks, far less time than the old-fashioned six weeks critics used to allow for a new restaurant to "settle in." But I've always maintained that if they're charging full price, customers should expect the full show. Paying diners should not have to play guinea pig. Finca isn't flawless, but it is fabulous, and the palpable excitement in this welcome new Spanish cafe makes being in on the beginning part of the fun. Another coup for Scott Evans. Read More
