Kick off the summer in style with great food, wine, and spectacular views. The Pigs ’n Pinot wine dinner, part of Solitude’s summer Wasatch Mountain Table Series, takes place on Friday, July 11, at 6:30 p.m. on The Inn’s lawn. 

Fresh, local food is served during the six course tasting menu from Chef Greg Neville, including Pinot Blanc fondue, house made ricotta gnocchi, an outdoor grilled local pork T-bone, and much more. The food is paired with the wines of Adelsheim from Oregon. Special guest is Bill Blanchard, National Director.
