Mere birthright alone doth not a Utahn create. What makes a true local? We say it is not the number of years you've lived within Zion's borders, but rather the zeal with which you explore all our state has to offer. If you're new, or if you're questioning your right to citizenship, we're here to help, with this refresher course. Every other week, we'll bring you a quintessential Utah-to-do experience. Check back for another to check off your list.
The Jackson Family Band
During Repertory Dance Theatre’s season, the company hosts monthly performances from local groups like Youth Theatre at the U and Ballet West, along with touring acts, in wiggle-friendly kids’ shows at Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. If you have kids in SLC, it's essential to bring them to at least one of these shows.
The show on April 12 features The Jackson Family Band & Cloggers for some old time western music and even some yodeling. The family ensemble has received huge praise across the United States, Canada and Europe and plans to bring the house down at the Rose.
On May 10, catch University of Utah Youth Theatre at Ring Around the Rose.
