San Diego’s Switchfoot are on the road supporting their new album Fading West and will perform at The Complex on April 22 (we’ll be at the show).

Formed in 1996, the band has sold 5.5 million copies of their eight studio albums, including the 2003 double-platinum The Beautiful Letdown and 2009 Grammy-winner Hello Hurricane. They have also gained support from action sports fans, playing at the X-Games and their own Bro-Am surfing contest. You should know their hits “Meant to Live” and “Dare You to Move.”

Swedish alternative band The Royal Concept and SLC/Las Vegas rockers New City Skyline will open the show.

We’re sending our photographer Chelsea Folkerts to capture all the action and get photos of fans. Photos will appear in our online galleries and maybe the print magazine. So, grab your tickets ($25, all ages) and smile.
