The Leonardo is known for its fun and innovative classes (for proof, check out our piece on Create What You Crave).

And their latest program doesn't disappoint.

Leo Libations is the latest class in the Leonardo's creative repertoire of learning experiences that combine your mind and taste buds. The first Thursday of every month, you can sign up to learn all about wine paring and food tasting. Each month the Leo Libations series focuses on a different theme to help attendees explore wines from all over the world.

On Thursday, May 1 the theme will be Wines of Spain. All classes are taught by James Santangelo of the Wine Academy of Utah, and the food pairings are made by The Leonardo’s chef de cuisine Zanetta Jones.

Reserve your spot online, and if you bring along a designated driver you can purchase reduced tickets for that person.

And may the wines be ever in your flavor!
