We love seeing Dining Awards winners get even more recognition.
Del Mar al Lago, this year’s winner for Best Discovery, announced Chef Frederick Perez is nominated for Food & Wine’s The People’s Best New Chef for the Southwest region. And it’s a well-deserved nomination, too.
If you haven’t tried Perez’s ceviche, stop by the Peruvian restaurant asap to see what we’re talking about. Perez attended Le Cordon Bleu culinary school and has also worked for J&G Grill in Park City and Trader Vic’s in Las Vegas.
