Ogden Nature Center is holding its annual Earth Day Art Poster Contest. This year’s theme is “What Earth Day Means to Me.”

So take your nature-loving kid on an inspiration hike and then return home to start painting, drawing or coloring.

There is no entry fee, and the contest is open to kids in kindergarten through sixth grade. Three winners in each grade will receive prizes, with one grand prize per grade. Winners will also be invited to an awards program on Earth Day, April 19, at 11 a.m.

Guidelines:

Entries must be 9” x 12” with the theme “What Earth Day Means to Me.”

Do not use glue on the project.

On the back, include first and last name, school, grade, teacher, home phone number and title of project.

Late entries may not be judged.

The deadline is April 5, no later than 4 p.m. Turn in projects at Ogden Nature Center, 966 W. 12th Street, Ogden.
