The centuries old tradition of Oktoberfest continues at St. Regis Deer Valley on Oct. 25 and 26 from 5 to 9 p.m.

The St. Regis Bar welcomes those wishing to make a weekend out of Oktoberfest with special menus dedicated to beer loving enthusiasts. Every weekend in October, the bar has offered an array of German and localized foods from Chef de Cuisine Shane Baird, like herbed spatzle, bier and bratwursts, cheddar ale soup and slow cooked briskets, and dessert.

Pair your meal with the bar's own Oktoberfest beer made by Wasatch Brewery, St. Regis Oktoberfest. Beers are priced at $4 and menu items are $11 each. On Friday, there will also be live music.
