Billy Sotelo has a reputation around town. A very good one.

His kitchen career in Utah started at Glitretind at Stein Eriksen's Resort and went on the Garden Cafe at Grand America Hotel. Then he elevated Fresco's reputation along with his own when he ran that charming restaurant's kitchen.

Under his leadership, this magazine awarded Fresco “Best Italian” and “Best Restaurant” in 2009. 

Most recently, Sotelo was Executive Chef for the La Salle Restaurant group and created new seasonal menus for Faustina, Oasis Café, and Carver’s Steakhouse. 

Now he's at the new incarnation of La Caille, Utah's legendary showcase restaurant currently laboring in a climb back to the top of the heap. 

Sounds like another step in the right direction for La Caille.
