Are your pants feeling a little too snug after the holidays? Are you longing to take a night to eat out but are wary of the calories all that rich food contains, or the price on the check? Executive Chef Billy Sotelo of Oasis Cafe could have the solution. 

Sotelo has created special 3-course dinners for the month of January that, due to the amount of New Year's resolutions to cut back on fat, features nutritious and delicious low-fat meals.

Will Keeson, general manager of Oasis, says of the new menu, "We are trying to help our diners eat more responsibly in 2013. Chef Sotelo and his culinary team take pride in hand-crafting every item using the freshest ingredients possible, wanting guests to feel full but also refreshed." No doubt diners will be pleasantly satisfied with the delicious spread of delicacies that Oasis has to offer and will feel the tension of both their wallets and their waistbands ease a little.
