J&G Grill's executive cheff Chip McMullin

Having a hard time handling that kitchen heat? Come and learn from an executive chef how the professionals use a cold tank of liquid nitrogen to make decadent desserts.  

St. Regis Deer Valley will be hosting a unique cooking clinic, entertaining hotel guests and non-guests alike. Executive Chef Chip McMullin will show attendees how to make delicious ice cream, chocolate covered bananas, and all sorts of delightful desserts using liquid nitrogen. This clinic is 100 percent safe and made to entertain the entire family.

The clinic will be held in the Confectioner's Kitchen on Jan. 9 at 4 p.m. 

Attendees can access this event via the St. Regis Deer Valley's funicular taken from Snow Park Lodge or via the main entrance at 2300 Deer Valley Drive East. Reservation are required and can be made by calling 435-940-5774.  The price to attend is $16.
