Scott Evans has a great beer resume, going way back with Squatters Pub Brewery. So he's been looking forward to presenting beer at his Spanish restaurant, Finca.

And here it comes, on November 15: Scott asked five local breweries for one beer to create a menu around. The result:  Epic, Moab Brewery, Red Rock, Squatters and Uinta, all chose a beer. Chef Phelix Gardner and Evans then paired each beer with an equally compelling dish. It's already selling briskly; call 801-487-0699 or email scott@fincaslc.com to save your seat.
