Say "Cheese!" In celebration of Cache Valley Dairy being a part of the Utah's dairy community for 75 years. The company is hitting the road this summer and taking a delicious grilled cheese to several stops around the state. How? Cache Valley came up with this very fun idea called “Melt Mobile.”
The Melt Mobile is a food truck that serves grilled cheese samples throughout the Salt Lake community. The truck will make scheduled stops on summer weekends at sporting events, local attractions, grocery stores and at some business districts for lunchtime. Besides enjoying a delicious grilled cheese, you can also learn more about Cache Valley products and the company’s fight against hunger.
The Cache Valley Melt Mobile is off for its second day of stops today.
Friday’s first stop will be at the Roy location of Kent's, 3535 W. 500 South, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The second stop will be at the Clearfield Kent's, 580 S. State Street, from 3 to 6 p.m.

“During the past 75 years, Cache Valley has created more than just signature dairy products, we’ve also become woven in the fabric of the community,” says Jen Collins, senior associate brand manager, Cache Valley Dairy. “By launching the Melt Mobile, we hope to be able to connect even more with our neighbors and customers, share our love of dairy, and add to the festivities of summer.”
