The Wasatch Community Gardens Annual Plant Sale is finally here.

This is the best place to pick up plants for your vegetable garden. And other than buying plants and seeds, you wil be also support the mission and programs of Wasatch Community Gardens, which is to help the city grow and eat organic food.

Plants start at $2, and you can choose among a variety of 30,000 types of plant.

Arrive Saturday, May 12 at any time between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. to find a great selection of delicious tomatoes, unique vegetables, and a great collection of grapes, berries, and herbs. Remember: Gardeners both new and experienced are invited to support The Wasatch Community Gardens, and buy some healthy local plants.

And once again they are offering a great deal for you: If you buy 10 veggie/fruit seedlings you get the 11th for free!

The pre-sale takes place Friday, May 11 from 7:30–8:30 p.m. Plant sale volunteers, event sponsors and donors who have made contributions of $250 or more are invited to the pre-sale to get a sneak peek and first pick of all the garden goodies!
