We know two ways to get rid of that stress while with the kids this weekend: Find zen at thenew Zen Living Yoga in Sugar House, which offers kid, adult and joint classes. And you can escape your responsibilities by letting your (and your kid's) imagination run while with The Bridge to Terabithia at The Children's Theatre.

Zen Living Yoga

Salt Lake mag staffers are still catching up from falling behind on work during the Sundance Film Fest. It's stressful, and we can really, reallly use a place to de-stress. Luckily, we also just got word that Zen Living Yoga moved in to Sugar House.

And if you can't get away from the kids (a major cause of your stress), they have classes for them, too:

Kids' Yoga

Weekdays from 3 to 6 p.m., along with special weekend hours, kids can get their dose of yoga therapy while you get yours.

Prenatal and Mommy & Me Yoga

Practicing yoga will help you maintain your health before (and after) a birth; and if the kids are too young to be on their own (three and under), join Mommy & Me.
Prenatal: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Mommy & Me: Tuesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Adult classes are $12 for dop-ins or $68 for monthly unlimited
Child classes (ages five to 12) are $6 for drop-ins, $34 for monthly unlimited.

Starting tonight, you can catch Bridge to Terabithia, the story of two kids who are transformed by a remarkable friendship. The show will excite your kids imagination. Tickets are $8.
