With the final blast of celebrity spotting and movie talk kicking off, it's a good time to note the last few good options in Park City and other non-Sundance options in Salt Lake. The big ticket this weekend - and long since sold out - is The Jayhawks' show Saturday night at The State Room. The Minnesota rockers, pictured above, are on a relatively rare reunion tour and making an even more rare visit to Utah. If you're determined to get in, check Craigslist and the venue's website message board for anyone trying to unload tickets. Also, if that doesn't pan out, but you still want to go, trundle over to the State Room on Saturday about 8 p.m. and see if anyone has extras. Good luck! You'll need it.

Also, the Utah Opera's presentation of "Rigoletto" concludes its run Friday and Saturday at The Capitol Theater. Tickets are available at arttix.org. Pop-rock songstress Rumer headlines a Friday night concert at The State Room And another hot ticket for Friday is to be had in Park City at Sugar as hip-hop icon Nas pays a visit. Tickets are $60 and available at smithstix.com.

Also, don't forget that Saturday night, Oregon indie rockers Blind Pilot are at The Urban Lounge. Sadly, this gig is also sold out, but picking up an extra for this probably will be a simpler proposition than The Jayhawks.
