This week, we decided to not only give you a weekend activity, but help you plan ahead as well.
So, after you're done skiing and taking photos with Santa Claus at Park City Mountain Resort, sign up for one of Tracy Aviary's new classes for kindergartners, preschoolers and their parents. Then catch local singer Bonnie Harris singing carols like only an alto with a beautiful voice can.

If you're going to ski with the kids this weekend, do it at PCMR, because holiday festivities go into full effect at the resort's Town Lift on Saturday at 5 p.m. Christmas carols, free hot chocolate, cookies and of course, photos with Santa.
And if you're looking for a Christmas outing...
Santa returns for the Resort's 48th Annual Torchlight Parade on Christmas Eve, when the PayDay run will be illuminated with a procession of lights. Free hot chocolate and cookies at the Resort Plaza at 5:30 p.m. After the parade, Santa will visit guests before taking to the skies to deliver gifts to good boys and girls all over the Earth.
Christmas at the resort includes night skiing and riding at the Payday lift and run, First Time lift and run and 3 Kings lift and terrain park. Offered until 9 p.m.

Bonnie Harris Christmas Concert, Dec. 19
A great event for the whole fam—award-winning local singer Bonnie Harris performs classic Christmas songs on Monday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. So, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holidays to listen to Harris' soothing alto voice. CDs of Bonnie featuring '40s big band jazz will be available for purchase. The event is free of charge and open to the whole community.
And while you're there, check out the Trees of Diversity exhibit running through Dec. 29.

Tracy Aviary's Little Chick classes, sign up now for January
Build on their imaginations with biweekly classes, each with crafts, activities, snacks, an entertaining story and visit from one of the aviary's bird species.
Parents are welcome to attend and participate with their kids. Classes are 45 minutes, and all-day admission to the aviary is included when you sign up.
