Deer Valley Resort will offer a to-go Thanksgiving dinner Menu includes roasted garlic mashed potatoes, steamed green beans with shiitake mushrooms, roasted acorn squash, house-made struan stuffing, lemon thyme sauce and cranberry stuffing. The Deer Valley Bakery will also offer made-to-order pies including old-fashioned pumpkin, sweet potato pecan, apple cheddar, traditional pecan or chocolate silk.
