Time to eat!

Starting this Friday, Sept. 16, Salt Lake City restaurants will once again offer 16 days of dining deals during the 2011 Downtown Dine O’ Round. The kickoff celebration was held Monday night at Zy, a new Main Street restaurant that is a newcomer to the annual deal days. Meet the Zy guys, manager Miles Broadhead and chef Matthew Lake.

Dine O'Round restaurants will offer three-courses for $15 or $30 at dinner; and some serve two-course lunches for $5 or $10. Diners also can register to win gift certificates, one from each of the 43 participating restaurants.

Other new restaurants this year besides Zy include Rio Grande Café, Bocata, Hapa Taqueria, Maxwell’s East Coast Eatery, Dojo Asian Inspired Cuisine, Washington Square Café, Stoneground, Thaifoon Taste of Asia and Inferno Cantina.
