Saffron Valley is presenting a celebration of dishes from the four southern states of India (Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala, in case they don't come to mind immediately.) July 14 Summer Wine Tasting at Harley & Buck's

Harley and Buck's Great American in Eden, Utah is presenting a wine dinner from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. A summer celebration featuring white and rose wines from Simcic and Buglioni Vineyards. Marco Svevanoni, owner of Vitalia, will host the dinner; cost is $65, with $10 going to the Ogden Valley Business Association. There's no charge for the drive up beautiful Ogden Canyon. July 17 Outstanding in the Field

The long-awaited Outstanding in the Field is this Sunday night. Scott Evans and chef Michael Richey are in the final stages of menu planning and prep, including menus for guests with dietary restrictions. Kiler Grove and High West will be providing wine and whiskey there will be a different pairing with each course. And Scott and the organizers are finalizing the logistics of serving over 100 people at a seated dinner in the middle of a field. You can still buy tickets here

July 21: Plan ahead, Wine dinner at Cafe Trio Cottonwood
