Catch Ballet West's The Sleeping Beauty this weekend for its final showing, and then show the kids all the classic board games at SaltCON and the ultra-classic Harlem Globetrotters.

The Sleeping Beauty

This weekend is your last chance to catch Ballet West's The Sleeping Beauty, newly conceinved and produced by director Adam Sklute. Tchaikovsky's music sets the tone for the tale of a sleeping princess who can only be awaken by her true love. Great for the kids, but also consider it for a late-Valentine's date.

Some kids today only want to play games on a screen, and if they're yours educate them at SaltCON. The latest editions of classic board games, along with new board games, party games, card games, those for the serious board gamers and some just for families. Bring some cash, because there will definitely be some games you won't find anywhere else.

And if you really want to get your game on, enter the convention tournaments. BTW, I'll challenge anyone in Stratego.
